⚓ Weekend Charter – Saturdays & Sundays Looking for something different for the weekend? Our private afternoon charters offer the perfect four‑hour escape on the water. Ideal for birthdays, family gatherings, corporate groups, photography outings, or simply a relaxed trip with friends. Most Saturdays operate from Kirkwall, running 4pm–8pm. Standard weekend charters run **2pm–6pm** unless otherwise stated. Charters start from **£200 per hour** (minimum 4 hours) and we can welcome **up to 12 guests** comfortably. You choose the pace — wildlife watching, coastal cruising, or simply time afloat with good company. We take care of the vessel, the comfort, and the atmosphere. --- ## **🔥 Hot Tub & BBQ Available** Make your charter extra special with access to our onboard **hot tub** and **BBQ**. Ease into the warm water while we anchor in a sheltered bay, enjoy the scenery with a drink in hand, or fire up the BBQ for something fresh off the grill as you relax on deck. --- ## **📅 Weekday Charters Also Available** If weekends don’t suit, we also offer **weekday charters**. Get in touch for availability — we’re flexible and happy to help plan the perfect trip. --- ## **🌅 Ending Your Charter** If your charter **departs from St Margaret’s Hope**, you’re welcome to step ashore there at the end of the trip and round off the evening with a meal, a wander, or a quiet drink. A reliable bus service runs back to **Kirkwall and Stromness**, making it easy for your group to return without bringing vehicles. Cancellation Policy
Weekend Charter – Cancellation Policy Guest Cancellations • More than 14 days before departure: Full refund of any payments made. • 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund, or you may transfer your booking to another available date. • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund, as the vessel and crew are committed for the weekend. Weather & Safety Your safety is always the priority. If the skipper decides that sea conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, we will: • Offer a full refund, or • Reschedule your charter to the next suitable available date. The skipper’s decision is final. Minimum Numbers Weekend charters require a minimum group size. If this is not met, we will offer a full refund or alternative date. Late Arrival / No Show If guests arrive late or do not attend, the charter is considered cancelled with no refund. Alcohol, Conduct & Safety We may end a charter early if guest behaviour compromises safety. In such cases, no refund is provided.
